Meredith Singleton, Ph.D. has been providing elearning instructional design and consultation services for over a decade. She supports faculty and administrators in transitioning courses and programs to online delivery and has served in administrative and faculty roles for the University of Cincinnati, Miami University and Northern Kentucky University. She holds certifications from both Quality Matters and the OLC for advanced online instruction and universal design. She is an expert in accessibility and holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric with a specialty in technical writing and instructional design.
